Black Walnut and Eucalyptus Toothpaste with Aloe

Homemade Toothpaste Recipe

Raw Caesar Dressing
Black Walnut and Eucalyptus Toothpaste with Aloe

Here is a homemade toothpaste recipe that you can use instead of the commercially produced toothpastes. The recipe is quick and easy to make and tastes great as well. In addition, it also leaves the mouth feeling fresh and squeaky clean.

This homemade toothpaste is safe to use on a regular basis. It has antiseptic ingredients that kill off harmful bacteria in the mouth. It can help to reduce tooth sensitivity as well as tooth decay.

Unlike other toothpastes, this paste needs to be stored in the fridge, which is due to the aloe. It keeps well for a couple of weeks when stored in an airtight container. If storing it in the fridge is too much of a hassle, then you could make it without the aloe and use it as a tooth powder instead.

Feel free to try this with many other ingredients such as peppermint, turmeric, neem or baking soda.

Makes about 2 tbsp.

1 tsp. Eucalyptus Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Stevia Leaf Powder
1/2 tsp. Black Walnut Powder
1/2 tsp. Clove Powder
2 tbsp. Aloe Juice

Measure all dry ingredients into a small bowl.

Blend up about 2 inches of aloe to make 2 tbsp.

Add aloe juice to the dry ingredients and mix well. You should end up with a paste about as thick as regular toothpaste.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a couple weeks.
